    Book Info:

On the day she was abducted, Annie O’Sullivan, a thirty-two year old realtor, had three goals—sell a house, forget about a recent argument with her mother, and be on time for dinner with her ever- patient boyfriend. The open house is slow, but when her last visitor pulls up in a van as she's about to leave, Annie thinks it just might be her lucky day after all. Interwoven with the story of the year Annie spent as the captive of psychopath in a remote mountain cabin, which unfolds through sessions with her psychiatrist, is a second narrative recounting events following her escape—her struggle to piece her shattered life back together and the ongoing police investigation into the identity of her captor.

The truth doesn’t always set you free. 3163298

Still Missing is that rare debut find--a shocking, visceral, brutal and beautifully crafted debut novel.

I received this one from Shelf Awareness too. Looks good, and I'm looking forward to reading it!

Love your ARC Previews, so hope you don't mind if I borrow the idea? I'll leave a link giving you full credit of course, but think it's a great feature! Thanks!

You are of course welcome to use the idea and credit would be wonderful. I would be honored.

They are a lot of work, and often do not get a lot of comments. So I have been thinking to do a group preview of my Shelf Awareness receipts, but do singular previews for the books I am in direct contact with authors and publishers. (They really like these previews.)

If you have any thoughts around this feel free to let me know.... I've been noodling around this for awhile.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Shellie!

Will start posting ARC Previews for the books I've received, but won't be released for awhile. I want to acknowledge the book somehow, but the book may not be out for months and I want to post my review closer to the release date. So glad you came up with this idea! :)

If the previews are taking up too much of your time, I think your idea of consolidating the Shelf Awareness receipts into one post would work.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Excellent, yes part of the reason Like to do previews is that there is something about the book up on the blog and I feel I can take my time reading it and to give it a good review.

I also like to link all the publisher stuff and purchasing links in one post so my reviews are have really not publisher stuff in them (mostly.)

Yes I am still noodling about these previews, if you have any thoughts just send me an email - linked to my profile.
